PLUTARCH IS NOT ROMAN. JUST A GRAECULUS PARASITE!!!!
Plutarch was a Roman citizen!
With more than a passing interest in Roman history and culture too, as I recall.
Being a Roman citizen doesn’t necessarily make you Roman. What matters is language and culture. Greeks, Serbs, Bulgarians etc were for many centuries a part of the Ottoman Empire, but that didn’t make them Turks!
I think he was a real Roman with twist of Greek in him!
